So, we have reached the winter seasons already and, with the promise that this season will be a white one, we think this could truly be the most wonderful time of the year for a wedding. Now, we love the deep crimsons and evergreen waistcoats that are a popular choice this time of year. However, Peter Posh has delivered our christmas present early this year! He has unveiled his latest collection, which boasts tweed waistcoats in a wide range of colours including silver, greys, blues, olives and browns with a twist of crystal accents. We think this can be a wonderfully modern twist for a winter wedding.
The texture found in tweed works superbly well for a winter wedding and is a very fashion savvy decision for the Groom whose outfit is, of course, just as important as the bride’s. The olive green waistcoat is one of our personal favourites, which works beautifully with this sand coloured, lightweight Mohair suit and matching trousers. This modern lounge suit is the perfect alternative to Tailcoats and Edwardian jackets. 
A more classic colour choice for tweed would be brown, this waistcoat works well with the claret coloured tie and cravat but also looks great with Ivory accessories.
